К настоящему моменту у нас имеются следующие легализованные документы для использования во Вьетнаме (посылаю их копии в приложении):
1. Тербование оплаты по корпоративной гарантии
2. Сертификат директоров ИЕЕ
3. Образец подписи директора ИЕЕ госп Михаелидеса
4. Паспорт Охатрина
5. Паспорт Михаелидеса
6. Афидавит со следующим комплектом документов:
6.1. Сертификат директоров и секретаря ИЕЕ
6.2. Сертификат зарегистрированного адреса ИЕЕ
6.3. Сертификат регистрации ИЕЕ
6.4. Сертификат акционеров
6.5. Доверенность от ИЕЕ на Охатрина 2011 года
6.6. Доверенность от ИЕЕ на Охатрина 2013 года
6.7. Контракт 158-5
6.8. Приложения к контракту 158-5
6.9. Доп соглашение 1
6.10. Доп соглашение 2
6.11. Доп соглашение 3

Кроме этого, ожидается после легализации в Стокгольме письмо из RIETUMU банка с подтверджением перевода авансовых платежей на сумму USD 1,6 миллиона по контракту 158-5. Посылаю его в приложении.
Для информации: был еще один авансовый платеж в сумме USD 500.000 за работы по инжинирингу в рамках контракта 158-5. По нему у меня нет легализованного подтверждения. Могу предоставить фотокопию SWIFT. Надеюсь, что по этому платежу подтверждающие документы не понадобятся, так как мы его не упоминаем в Заявке на арбитраж. Подтвердите, пожалуйста.
Кроме этого, три доверенности (по два оригинала каждой) на английском языке находятся в процессе легализации. Копии текстов - в приложении. Легализация может занять ок 2 недель.
Пожалуйста, сообщите нужны ли будут еще какие-либо легализованные документы.
